As a symbiosis of group and self, Moiety brings together two contrasting works interrogating minimal and maximal ideals.

Is it possible to seize the moment that the final stroke composes a painting, when pixels assemble to create a picture or characteristics combine to form a personality? Consider the story of the Ship of Theseus, if you had a wooden ship, and every time a piece wore out, you replaced it with metal parts. One day you realise the ship is made entirely of metal. Is it still the same ship? Through artistic expression of contemporary dance and live music, “?” will present to you an exploratory work that investigates these ideas.

“Biophilia”
Celebrating individuality within a collective, Biophilia is bold, intricate and deeply grounded. Movement and sound synergise in a display that draws on the innate desires to connect with nature and life. In a time where we have become accustomed to our inside lives it is vital to remember and recover the memories and experiences of the natural world. This piece is a reworking of the original following its 2019 premiere at the Meat Market.
