‘Wish You Were Gay’, as part of The MC Showroom’s 1st queer-themed curated season, is a cabaret penned by queer artists Lana Davey and Alysha Jane, celebrating all things LGBTQIA+ through the songs of pop icons including Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Katy Perry and more!

Following their successful cabaret debuts in The Cabaret Showcases, Lana and Alysha have combined forces with support from The MC Showroom to serve a campy lounge show fantasy. Together, they honour queer music icons, and share stories of the people who inspired them to get out of the closet and into the sunshine.

Filled with stories from the heart - and a healthy dose of gay panic - two fruity millennials work to make every month Pride Month.
