A small seaside town meets a big city boy! Join Jim (not Tim, Jim...) as he explores the horrors of hospo through song, silliness and scones.
Jim's got a one-way ticket to Europe! Yahhh! Travelling! Oops, he's run out of money and now has to work. Where should Jim work? How about a small village he has never heard of, in a cafe that no one likes? Perfect! Meet our setting: hospitality! This is a cabaret about Jim's Shitway of Life. Featuring real life stories and real life struggles ranging from bad customer experiences to evenings that ended with the police, Jim sings parodies of everyone's favourite songs all on his lonesome - except for his trusty keyboard which will definitely be plugged in...
Jim is played by Timothy Ian McMullin who is returning to his hometown of Melbourne to share his stories to his friends and family and anyone who will buy a ticket! Having created a sold-out season at the Adelaide Fringe (for another show...) Timothy Ian McMullin's decided to tackle something he's never done before: cabaret. Help him conquer this fear and eat a scone or 10 along the way.
