Inspired by the myths and riddles behind the modern psychopath, The Mouse, directed by Bianca Lyndon and playing as part of this years Melbourne Fringe Festival, is a thoroughly creepy original thriller filled with intrigue and murderous intent.
The Mouse delves into the murky depths of sibling rivalry when Claire finds herself returning to the family home following her mother’s death. After shocking revelations emerge surrounding her inheritance, Claire desperately seeks to make amends with her troubled younger sister Beth, who, in turn, has her own dark motives for keeping Claire at the house.
Short Straw Productions presents a darkly twisted thriller about the toxic effects of sibling rivalry.
