The live human french hornist Brian KM and his friendly not-a-human computer, Stan, perform, joke, and reflect through original pieces featuring french horn and live electronics. Listen in and hear what Stan can do while Brian plays the horn, including autolooping, synthesis, and live electronic manipulation. Brian’s new approach to composition that blends his classical training with an EDM fascination, to be expected from a horn player in love with German Brass Polka Jam Groups, David Maslanka, and cellist Julia Kent, has delighted audiences across the United States and Canada. Despite Brian’s controversial views on coconuts and their role in society, he and Stan are “wired” to have a great show!
